JEFF BETHEL
For the past Thirty-Seven (37) Years Jeff has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties in the East Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire Markets. Jeff currently represents multiple owners in the landlord representation of over 5,000,000 square feet of industrial properties.
Born and raised in Southern California, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Jeff and his wife Michele reside in Newport Beach, where he enjoys all UCLA sporting events, as well as involvement as a Board Member of the Newport Hills Community Association.

KATELYN LOWDER
For the past Ten (10) years Katelyn has specialized in the leasing and property management of industrial properties in Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire and San Diego County.
Katelyn earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University Long Beach and currently resides in Orange, CA with her husband James and daughters Grace and Finley.
Career Summary
Katelyn manages approximately 700,000 Sq. Ft. of property in Orange County and Los Angeles. She oversaw all lease transactions, tenant improvements, building restorations, capital improvements, and maintenance contract.
KAITLYN STEWART
Kaitlyn supports the team’s property management, leasing, and accounting efforts across Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire. Prior to joining the industry, she managed overseas imports and supply chains for major apparel brands. Her background in logistics brings a unique perspective to industrial real estate, offering valuable insight into warehouse operations when working with both tenants and landlords. She is passionate about creating strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Kaitlyn is a California State University Long Beach graduate with a degree in Marketing and currently resides in Costa Mesa with her husband and their dog.”
